Extensive hands-on development experience delivering major features for products with complex user workflows
A product-minded approach to engineering, balancing technical constraints, scope, customer needs, and business goals
Experience using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate different parts of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code generation, testing, refactoring, and code review
Strong Java development experience, with a track record of applying object-oriented design principles to deliver high-quality, well-tested, maintainable software
Experience with Spring or similar Java frameworks
Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, ideally within a microservice architecture
Familiarity with containerized deployment environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle
