Чем предстоит заниматься

Continuously develop and improve our desktop products

Plan, implement, and roll out new features

Maintain and modernize application components

Improve the stability and reliability of our software

Lead a development team, run performance reviews and team meetings

Drive team productivity and effectiveness

Collaborate with product managers to prioritize and plan work

Наши требования

Strong knowledge of C++17 or C++20 and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles

Hands-on experience with the Qt framework

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong people management skills: delegation, team-building, and mentoring

3+ years of experience as a software developer

1+ years of team leadership experience is a plus, but not required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
