Extensive experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, query optimization, warehouse architecture, and administration. This is your primary platform
Strong experience with dbt, building models, tests, macros, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, and semantic layer design
Best practice for implementing RBAC, Row Level Access, and Column Masking policies
Strong knowledge of SQL. Python experience is a plus
Experience building dashboards and analytics deliverables in at least one modern BI/visualization tool (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, or similar). The specific tool matters less than analytical thinking and design sense
Fivetran experience, including experience with ELT pipelines and data integration patterns
Preferred experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions, or similar source code control and CI/CD systems
Wel versed in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related roles
Strong technical, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Self-directed execution, can take a vague requirement and deliver without daily check-ins
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum software development environment
Demonstrated technical curiosity and passion for learning
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines or relevant experience in data architecture, analytics engineering, and data platform development
AI/LLM familiarity (Snowflake Cortex, semantic models, agents) is a plus but not required
Power Automate, workflow automation, or DataOps tooling experience is a plus
Terraform experience is a plus
