3–5 years of experience in a BI, analytics, or data visualisation role, with Tableau as your primary tool for most of that time
Advanced, hands-on Tableau skills: calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, table calculations, performance optimisation, and Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud
A portfolio of dashboards you built yourself - you should be able to speak in detail about design decisions, data sources and what each dashboard enabled
SQL: complex queries, joins, window functions and aggregations
Experience defining KPIs and metrics collaboratively with stakeholders, not just visualising numbers handed to you
Clear communicator, comfortable presenting findings to non-technical audiences
Strong written and verbal English
Basic Python for analytics automation (not data engineering)
Awareness of pipeline tools such as dbt or Airflow
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience in a CISO, SOC, GRC, or security operations environment
Familiarity with security metrics - vulnerability management, incident response, or access control KPIs
Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or SOC 2
Experience working with security tooling data (SIEM, EDR, IAM, or ticketing platforms)
