Platform product experience: You have 5+ years in Product, with at least 2 to 3 years on platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or backend/API products
Technical depth: You're credible with senior engineers. You can reason about distributed systems, execution models, and reliability/scalability trade-offs, and hold your own in an architecture discussion. You're at home with non-functional requirements, where the details are the product
Complex delivery track record: You've led cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk, ideally including a migration or breaking change
Prioritization under ambiguity: You make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational or technical-debt work to customer and commercial outcomes
Ownership and autonomy: You grab problems without being asked, fix what you see broken, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction
Exceptional communication: You make complex platform topics understandable for technical and non-technical audiences alike
Enterprise platform reality: You understand what running software in customer-controlled environments means, including self-hosted, air-gapped, and restricted deployments
Hands-on ability: You can read code or prototype, even if you're not shipping it
Enterprise exposure: You've worked with B2B SaaS requirements like security, compliance, or deployment complexity
Security partnership: You're comfortable working with security teams on code execution, isolation, or compliance topics
Domain familiarity: You know workflow automation, orchestration, or open-source / developer-community products
Writing culture: You default to writing things down to create clarity and alignment
