Thorough approach to code quality, testing, and documentation
Experience with insurance/financial systems (credit insurance preferred)
Understanding of system design and ability to create architectural documentation
Experience migrating from monolithic to microservices architectures
Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E)
