We are seeking a talented Senior Application Developer to join our Customer Success team. In this role you will focus on delivering applications for our customers, developing industry-leading applications running on D-Wave’s advanced quantum systems
This position will give you the opportunity to learn about D-Wave’s application environment and work with internal teams and customers to build applications for market launch. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading customers and cutting-edge quantum computing technology
Develop algorithms to solve complex problems while building applications on the D-Wave quantum computer and internal tools
Implement and optimize the performance/own the code base, of Commercial quantum applications, primarily in Python
Build out custom applications to solve complex problems for customers or for market release
Ensure successful delivery of projects to achieve positive business value for customers
Collaborate with business stakeholders and other team members to understand application requirements and design customized solutions
Become an expert, on a variety of our professional services offerings such as our cloud service (LEAP) and open-sourced software tools (Ocean)
Help to solve real-world, challenging problems that have a direct impact on our commercial customers business success
