Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product outcomes
Experience designing complex user experiences and end-to-end customer journeys, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or similarly regulated industries
Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma
Solid understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into effective design solutions
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, research, and business stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution
Demonstrated success using design to improve business and customer outcomes, such as member satisfaction, engagement, retention, or operational efficiency
Experience designing healthcare, medical benefits, insurance, or other regulated-industry products and services
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles, particularly for older adults and diverse populations
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable UX standards
Experience facilitating design workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, or collaborative design activities
Familiarity with data-informed design practices and experimentation methodologies

$86,300 - $118,700 per year
