6+ years owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning the trust of senior executives, with at least 3 of those years in healthcare. This includes engagement managers, project leaders, and senior managers from top consulting firms, as well as product managers, founders, and forward-deployed or solutions roles at high-growth technology companies serving healthcare organizations
Real fluency in how healthcare actually operates — how a health plan or health system is organized, where member and patient friction lives, and how care, claims, and contact center operations connect. You can hold a substantive conversation with a clinical leader and a CIO in the same meeting
A builder's instinct. You want to design and build the actual solution, not just diagnose the problem or manage someone else who builds it
Strong technical acumen. You can understand and shape AI agent designs and hold your own in a technical conversation with both engineers and executives
Experience shipping in regulated, security-reviewed environments — HIPAA, BAA, PHI minimization, SOC 2 or HITRUST — where a launch depends on privacy, legal, and clinical sign-off as much as on the build
Executive presence and a track record of becoming a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers at large, complex organizations
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as much as you implement it
A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
A clinical, public health, or health policy background, or direct experience designing under clinical safety constraints
An MBA, or equivalent experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology
Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation programs at the Fortune 500 level
First-in-vertical experience at a prior company, where you owned the pattern and not just the project
