Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of equivalent computer graphic design work experience including typesetting, layout color theory, and creation of original artwork
Proficient with the Mac computer utilizing PageMaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and FreeHand, and knowledge of Powerpoint, Microsoft Word and Excel
Demonstrated proofreading and editing skills
Ability to effectively communicate information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals or groups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment the in performance of his/her job duties
For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFM)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFM), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
Salary Ranges: $63,000.00 - $108,675.00
