The Product & Design team is responsible for delivering Calm to our customers, ensuring that it is easy to use, supports their goals, and maintains a high level of quality across web, iOS, Android platforms. As a Senior Product Designer on our Consumer team, you'll shape experiences used by tens of millions of people to sleep better, stress less, and live more mindfully. People often reach for Calm in their most vulnerable moments, so the craft of what we make (how it looks, moves, and feels) matters enormously. This is a builder's role in the truest sense: you'll use AI and modern prototyping tools to move from insight to interactive prototype to shipped experience, not as a shortcut on quality, but to spend less time producing and more time on the judgment and detail that make an experience great. When anyone can generate a hundred screens in an afternoon, taste and judgment are the differentiators! The heart of this role is balancing velocity and craft in service of making our users healthier and happier, and building intuitive, engaging and impactful experiences that drive acquisition, engagement and retention. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing, and set the standard for craft across iOS, Android, and web. You will be a thought leader in design, helping to establish best practices and setting the bar for exceptional product design at Calm.
