PLATA is looking for Junior+ Recruiters to join its Talent Acquisition team. You’ll support the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters while developing your sourcing and interviewing skills
Support end-to-end recruitment within your hiring stream
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, GetMatch and other platforms
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Partner with hiring managers and the stream lead on hiring decisions
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS data
