Experience building products in data infrastructure, distributed systems, or real-time platforms
Strong understanding of streaming systems and event-driven architectures
Experience working with Flink or similar systems is a strong plus
Ability to engage deeply with engineers and reason about architecture and design choices
Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping direction from first principles
Strong communication skills and a practical, customer-first mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
Master’s degree is a plus
