01. ABOUT THE COMPANY
Dizzaract is a product-driven company operating at the intersection of gaming, digital platforms, and AI. 02. ABOUT THE ROLE
FAR Labs is building FAR AI, a distributed inference network that turns idle GPU capacity into usable compute for developers, businesses, and AI products. Around this infrastructure, we build a wider ecosystem of products, payment tools, developer platforms, and internal systems that help prove and grow the network through real usage.
We’re looking for a Backend+DevOps Engineer to build and operate the core systems behind our products — from backend services to infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
This is a hands-on role combining backend development and DevOps ownership. You will design and implement services in Golang, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure system reliability across distributed environments. You’ll work closely with the Lead Backend & DevOps and collaborate across engineering teams to support real-time applications at scale.

You are comfortable building backend services and owning the infrastructure they run on.
You understand how to design for scalability, reliability, and performance across distributed systems.
You can independently take features and services from development to production.
You care about uptime, monitoring, and system stability — not just shipping code.
You work well in remote environments, take ownership, and operate with minimal supervision.
04. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and build scalable backend services in Golang, ensuring performance and reliability.
Deploy and manage services using Docker and Kubernetes, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Contribute to architecture decisions and optimise systems for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and improve developer workflows.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and fast issue resolution.
Own services end-to-end and work closely with engineering and product teams on delivery and improvements.
