4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, or enablement within a high-growth technology or professional services environment
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept through execution, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority across a distributed organization
Experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action—able to build structure where none exists and iterate quickly
Familiarity with GTM functions, legal technology, or AI products is a strong plus
