Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related quantitative field
Language: Professional written and spoken English proficiency for effective asynchronous collaboration in a distributed team
API & Database Testing: Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs, OData services, and databases using tools such as Postman and direct SQL queries
Modern Tooling & AI: Hands-on experience with Git, bug-tracking systems (Jira), AI-assisted development tools, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), including authoring custom YAML workflows
Automation Frameworks: Demonstrated experience writing clean, maintainable automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, or equivalent tools
Coding Standards: Ability to produce clean, readable code with a focus on simplicity and maintainability
ERP/Finance Logic: Experience working in an ERP industry and basic accounting knowledge is a plus
Programming Language: Acquainted with at least one programming language
Database and Web API testing skills using DBMS queries and REST clients such as Postman
