ROLE: TIMETABLING OFFICER School / Function: Academic operations location : india (remote) Job description Overall purpose: Reporting to the Head of Academic Operations, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational management and coordination of institutional timetabling for teaching and exams. You will ensure that the student-centred timetable is accurate and delivered on time. You will work closely with staff responsible for maintaining the accuracy of taught programmes. Additionally, you will work with other teams within the College to ensure that a quality service is provided. The post holder will support other staff within Academic Services to enable both knowledge and relationships to be developed; will be expected to work closely with the team to ensure consistency; develop knowledge and expertise in timetabling processes. The role requires excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, plus good speaking and listening skills. An ability to interpret data correctly is essential. You will be communicating with staff in a variety of roles across the University. Experience of any timetabling system is essential. The Timetable Officer will:
