Redis is looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer to help identify, build, and scale high-impact internal AI and automation solutions across the business. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations—turning ambiguous problems into practical, secure, and scalable systems that improve how teams work. You will design and launch internal AI products, agent workflows, and automation infrastructure across tools, data, and platforms, while helping define best practices for reliability, governance, and long-term maintainability.
