Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
0-1 years of professional software development experience (1+ years of internship experience desirable)
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts, data structures and algorithms
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to optimize performance, and scalability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Preferred: experience with Spring, version control, and relational databases
Problem solver by nature who genuinely enjoys writing code
Positive attitude with a strong desire and drive to learn
Strong interest or hands-on experience in AI-focused development (e.g., building with LLM APIs, prompts engineering, or experimenting with local AI tools/frameworks).\
Hands-on experience with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask,) is preferred
