Lead significant technical initiatives, taking end-to-end ownership from design through delivery
Consistently participate and make impactful contributions across team norms (e.g., project planning, thorough code reviews, QA, on-call rotation)
Proactively collaborate with engineering, product, design, and other partner teams to drive cohesive development of complex projects
Deepen knowledge of critical product artifacts and proactively identify opportunities for technical improvement
Develop a clear understanding of how engineering decisions strategically impact our business and products
