ROLE TITLE Deputy CRO / Portfolio Risk manager (Spain) DEPARTMENT Risk Department
Чем предстоит заниматься
Management of the Cost of Risk
Quality management of the loan portfolio for the company's products
Monitoring the effectiveness of the current Credit Policy, its analysis and improvement in all its parts (including, but not limited to: Anti-fraud tools, Credit rules, Scoring, Verification)
Analysis of additional data sources, their impact on the quality of Credit policy, the possibility and effectiveness of use in various parts of Credit Policy
Monitoring and analysis of the quality of the loan portfolio
Methodology, forecast and control of the level of repayment on loans issued at all stages: payment on schedule, pre-Collection and Collection stages
Monitoring and development of key metrics regarding risk and profitability assessment, the effectiveness of the lending process and effective protection against fraud, the effectiveness of collection of overdue debts at various stages, including the sale of a portfolio of bad debts; Determination of the KPI for the portfolio and the set of measures applicable in case of KPI exit from the target values. Active participation in the budgeting process
3. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Excellent communication skills at various layers of the organization
Strong analytical and mathematical skills and mind - at least 3 years of experience in a similar
KPI Implementation + monitoring
Mentoring
Self-motivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives, can-do attitude
Good organizational / time management skills, structural thinking
Ability to be hands-on with high attention to detail but also not lose strategic standpoint
Willingness to work in a fast-growing company working environment and adapt to changes fast. Banking or lending business knowledge
Strong Knowledge of and experience with databases and statistics (SQL, Python) - at least 5 years of experience. ClickHouse knowledge is a plus
Data visualization packages (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Knowledge in Statistics or Mathematics is a must
Data-driven decision making
Knowledge of PDL local market is a plus
