Делает mapping транспортных объектов в существующие entities/events/relations
Проектирует mobility domain pack как расширение существующей World Model, не как отдельную базу
Нормализует geospatial coordinates, direction, route IDs, trip IDs, timezone, service dates и data freshness
Настраивает data quality checks: stale vehicle positions, missing routes, duplicate events, clock skew и inconsistent IDs
Работает с Data Engineer над streaming/replay pipeline
Создаёт provenance для каждого mobility signal: source, license/access level, observed time, received time, confidence
Определяет safe RTA pilot outputs: forecasts, anomaly alerts, scenario simulations, recommendations, dashboard evidence
Не допускает control path к traffic lights, vehicles, V2X или safety-critical systems без отдельных approvals и engineering track
Совместно с Technical Lead формирует action taxonomy для будущих mobility use cases
Поддерживает GIS/geofencing logic и network/topology validation
Готовит sandbox datasets и replay scenarios для RTA demonstrations
Совместно с Governance contractor фиксирует retention, sharing and access restrictions
Документирует RTA integration contracts, limitations и escalation contacts
Участвует в UAT с RTA technical/operations stakeholders
Помогает определить RTA-specific KPIs: data freshness, prediction accuracy, alert precision, operator resolution time
