Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, construction, or project environment, including 1+ years focused on applications, project estimating, or technical sales
Power Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of low-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution systems, control panels, and associated equipment
Schematic & Diagram Interpretation: Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Regulatory & Code Compliance: Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant industry standards
Software & CAD Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and computer-aided design (CAD) software to document electrical schematics and one-line diagrams
Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with production personnel, electrical technicians, and estimating partners
Self-Directed Work Ethic: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
Safety & Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required

Experience with modular building construction, industrial controls, and automation systems
