3+ years of experience with electrical systems in large-scale data centers or other critical infrastructure environments
Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one within 2 years
Experience designing, operating, commissioning, or maintaining electrical distribution systems
Strong knowledge of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution equipment
Understanding of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems and protection schemes
Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical projects in complex environments
Ability to manage internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and outsourced project teams
Knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NFPA 70 and UL requirements
Experience with power system analysis tools such as SKM, ETAP, or Cymcap
Ability to interpret construction drawings, support commissioning activities, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Experience with neocloud, GPU, or AI infrastructure data centers
Experience at hyperscalers, colocation providers, or mission-critical engineering environments
Familiarity with high-density rack environments
Experience supporting design reviews through commissioning or operational turnover
