This is a product-focused analytical role. We're looking for someone who can go beyond dashboards and reporting - understand user problems, formulate and validate hypotheses, explore product behavior, and turn data into actionable product decisions
What you'll work on
Product analytics for clinician-facing products and workflows
Building and validating product hypotheses using data
Analyzing how healthcare providers interact with product and AI-powered features
Identifying friction points and opportunities to improve clinical workflows
Defining metrics and analytical frameworks for new product initiatives
Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of AI/LLM-powered features
Investigating user behavior, product performance, and unexpected patterns
Translating analytical findings into concrete product recommendations
Working closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations teams
