We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale, high-performance database systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of mission-critical databases across multiple technologies and environments
Architect and optimize database infrastructures to support large-scale, high-traffic workloads
Administer and maintain clusters across PostgreSQL
Design and operate backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity
Automate operational processes, including scaling, monitoring, and maintenance, using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform,OpenTofu, CloudFormation), Ansible, Gitlab CI
Optimize performance at every layer: schema design, query execution, indexing, caching, and storage
Configure and manage replication and sharding strategies for high availability, fault tolerance, and geo-distribution
Ensure compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and enforce database security best practices
