As Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and shipping these intelligent features
O Defining product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, SEO trends, and competitive analysis
O Collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features that drive user adoption and retention
O Leading cross-functional planning to ensure on-time delivery and alignment across stakeholders
O Partnering with support and growth teams to ensure product-market fit and measurable outcomes
O Conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing usage data to inform product decisions
O Leading customer onboarding and experience improvements during our SaaS transition
O Implementing product analytics tools to track engagement, retention, and feature adoption
O Working closely with the customer support and success teams to identify pain points and continuously improve user satisfaction
O Keeping abreast of changes in SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and the WordPress ecosystem
O Creating clear, concise product requirement documents (PRDs) that align with business goals
O Championing a culture of experimentation and continuous learning through A/B testing and feedback loops
Ideal Background
O 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with WordPress or SEO-related products
O Proven track record of managing technical products from concept to launch
O Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and user needs in the WordPress community
O Experience working on SaaS products, especially within the WordPress or marketing tools space
O Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
O Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms is a plus
