Provide technical support to franchise locations on HVAC and appliance repair issues
Offer guidance on diagnostics, repair processes, and parts selection
Assist on-site technicians in resolving complex technical cases
Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base

Engineering education
Preferred: Hands-on experience working as a technician in the U.S. (HVAC or appliance repair)
Preferred: Understanding of U.S. standards and equipment
Proficient computer skills and ability to use basic online communication tools
Ability to clearly explain technical solutions
English level B2 or higher

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM California time
Probationary period - 2 months
Salary is $ 1,500 per month during the probationary period and $ 2,000 after
