Drove operational excellence via process, automation, and tooling, measurably improving deployment velocity and quality
Influenced senior cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to shape decisions and align efforts
Ability to independently scope, prioritize, and execute in ambiguous, high-growth environments; expected rapid ownership and impact within 60 days
Clear understanding of deployment's commercial impact on revenue and retention
Strong viewpoint on AI as a fundamental shift, habitually integrating it into workflows for leverage and output
